24 habits to change your life
Is 2008 the year you’re going to change your life for the better? whether so, you’re probably brainstorming your list of resolutions right now. Iwillchangeyourlife.com recently came up with a list of 24 daily habits that will, well, change your life. Here are a few:
- Wake up early
- Exercise every day — or at least plan to
- Review, or even re-write, your goals every day
- Write a to-do list
- Clean up clutter
- Spend some date outdoors
- Blog
- Email a friend
- Spend time–if even just a few minutes–with family
- Floss
- Say ‘I love you’
