25% of kids having trouble falling asleep
Insomnia doesn’t just happen to adults. According to sleep experts in the U.S., millions of American children have trouble falling asleep every individual night. In addition to insomnia, night awakenings, sleep apnea and sleepwalking are common as well.
What are so many kids having trouble falling asleep? As the population continues to grow, the number will continue to go up (like anything studied), but are things like movies, television, bullying, stress, darkness and other things making these kids scared for some reason? What approximately multiple night awakenings and even sleepwalking?
