6 steps to glowing skin
I don’t care how expensive or wonderful your makeup is, other than covering a flaw here or there you can’t completely hide poor skin. The trick is to have healthy glowing skin naturally in the first place, which is easier said than done. But Natural Health has that advice, most of which is just good solid reminders of what we should already know:
- Get adequate sleep
- Stop smoking
- Drink in moderation
- Get abundant fatty acids in your diet
- Limit sweets
- Exercise regularly
