94% Of Inspected Restaurants In Compliance With First Phase Of Trans Fat Regulation, New York

Nearly all New York City restaurants are now complying with the first phase of the city’s new trans fat regulation, the Health station reported recently. Those restaurants still using spreads or fry oils that contain artificial trans fat have just two weeks left to switch products to be in compliance with the regulation.
