Beat the Boredom: Running Book Club

I know the title of that post seems odd so I am just going to start by clarifying that no, I do not think you should start a running group where you read as you run. For many reasons, that is not a good view.

However, a great concept to defeat boredom while working out is to get a book club together where after you all read the book, you bring the discussion external during a group jog or walk. that way you’ll all be getting exercise, you’ll still get to talk approximately the book you’ve read and you’ll be able to use the talk test to build certain you’re working out at a good pace.

Time will fly by and since they say we’re increasingly creative when we exercise, you may surprise yourself with your own participation during the discussion.
