From Diet Blog Share: I am 3 weeks away from my finals and I want to diet. This, I hear you cry, is not the time to start a diet, surely the only good thing in my life right now will be the chocolate hobnobs. However, the thing I feel is at the moment that I come out my final exam, climb out of the tracksuit bottoms I’ve been living in for the past 2 months I’ll gasp! Probably I’ll be at last a size bigger, flabbier for being sat on my back side all day, pale and spotty as a result of all those ‘rewards’ I’ve had for revising so hard. It has been a long slog to get to my finals- 5 years- and I’d quite like to look nice in my photos this summer,

not like an inflated version of myself. So I feel that this is actually a good time to start a healthy diet with lots of exercise. It means getting out of the house -running- that I have something else to think about other than studying and hopefully a healthy diet will help me concentrate. I am choosing an easy to follow diet which is not too punishing. However, I know full well that I use food as a method of stress release. So my aim is to replace this with exercise, even if it’s running up and down the stairs or doing 20 sit ups when I feel a panic. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
