From Diet Blog Share: I am 5’3″, age 18, and weigh around 116Ibs. I used to be 109Ibs at one point because I barely ate, and exercised a lot. But, then I moved and my dad keeps a lot of sugary foods in the house, so I started binge eating. Then the next day I would begin my low calorie diet again (usually 700 calories per day). I would go to the gym everyday, but found it difficult to lose weight, weighing round 117Ibs. I know it’s not fat, but when you’re short and have a body anxiety problem it can make you look/feel a lot more curvy. But, to help everyone on here, trust me I have tried a lot of things, starving yourself is not the answer. I used to eat such low calorie foods, and okay it worked, but I would be so tired. I have passed out before, my blood pressure would take sudden drops, I would get panic attacks, and my heart would race. Don’t do like I did, because later
