From Diet Blog Share: I am 5’3″, age 18, and weigh around 116Ibs. I used to be 109Ibs at one point because I barely ate, and exercised a lot. But, then I moved and my dad keeps a lot of sugary foods in the house, so I started binge eating. Then the next day I would begin my low calorie diet again (usually 700 calories per day). I would go to the gym everyday, but found it difficult to lose weight, weighing round 117Ibs. I know it’s not fat, but when you’re short and have a body anxiety problem it can make you look/feel a lot more curvy. But, to help everyone on here, trust me I have tried a lot of things, starving yourself is not the answer. I used to eat such low calorie foods, and okay it worked, but I would be so tired. I have passed out before, my blood pressure would take sudden drops, I would get panic attacks, and my heart would race. Don’t do like I did, because later

on it gets even worse. Then you will probably start binge eating like I did, and the next day you feel so bad. Seriously, eating healthy meals with a snack in between, and not eating late will help you to lose weight. Don’t eat sugar, or anything white Only drink water Eat whole wheat bread Eat fish (don’t cook with butter) Eat lots of fruits and veggies If you love sweet food, Atkins bars are good, because you’ll feel like you’ve had something sweet For a work out you just need to go walking on the treadmill, trust me it works. I also did cycling, but I felt like it didn’t work as good. So, girls listen to me when I say don’t starve yourself . I am one of the most body conscious people there is, and it sucks, it can take over your life, and just gets worse. So, my advice is to just eat healthy instead!
