I am 24 and I have been on a diet/exercise plan for the past month. I work out 4-5 times a week for 40-60 minutes a day. I have not lost a pound! I have

even increased my water level to 72+ oz of water per day, while taking a B-12 vitamin twice daily. Please HELP!!!
