Every diet or weight loss expert seems to recommend keeping food journals of everything you eat if you want to lose weight. I want to know how successful people are with this really. Is it honestly worth it all the time and energy? I can’t even keep my checkbook balanced and I definitely eat more times throughout the day than write checks. Also, it just seems really inconvenient to have to physically carry around a journal with you everywhere. I do know that there are certain diet programs like Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig that
