Hi, I’m a 50 year old 210 lb female who needs a support group. I’ve been reading a lot of the different posts on here and I’m liking what SueK24 had to say on the other blog “55 Years of Dieting” on her weight loss on The Zone. to try again for the umpteenth time and hopefully succeed. I’ve done it before but being older now I find it very difficult. Anyone interested in doing it the healthy way…I’ll have to check out this Zone diet and see what it has to say but I’ve read them all..it’s just sticking to it…how about it…any takers???? Hope I can find this Blog again..best try to save it to my favorites or something. KitKat59
