I’m very carb sensitive. In my case the symptoms presented as cravings, severe hypoglycemic symptoms, uncomfortable bloating, and steady weight gain over the years. This means I must take care to eat lower glycemic load meals and snacks, and always eat some protein and monounsaturated fat along with carb foods, so that I maintain a steady blood sugar level without big spikes and drops.
