From Diet Blog Share: I’ve found that food is my number one way to deal with my depression. When I’m sad or upset I eat. When I’m celebrating I eat. When I go hang out with friends we eat (they don’t have issues with weight like I do). I want to be able to be confident and make boys’ heads turn, and I want to make myself happy. Since being diagnosed with depression nearly two years ago I

have gained 40 pounds. But, whenever I start a diet I fall right back in the same trap I did before. I really do want to lose weight, but I feel inhibited by my mental condition. Any advice on how to stick to it for real this time? I don’t want to always be a quitter because of my depression.
