From Diet Blog Share: Hey y’all, I’m a 23 year old female who has always struggled with weight, whether it was losing or even maintaining. I’m going to a weight loss center local to me, and they did a body composition and told me what percentage of my body is “fat,” and what is weight from my bones, hair, skin, etc. The thing is, they are saying for my weight and height and all of the above, I should be comsuming 1,800 calories to maintain my weight, and to lose weight I should be at the least consuming 1,300 calories.
