From Diet Blog Share: I used to eat very healthfully, and had full thick hair. In the past year I have had a lot of personal tragedy, and have reverted back to my childhood eating habits. All I want to eat is sugar. My daily diet includes about 3 yogurts, a scoop of peanut butter, some ice cream, potato chips, mashed potatoes, fruit smoothies and string cheese. I’m getting a lot of sugar and calories that keep me going, but after a year I’m seeing that my body is falling apart.
