HELP! Is my body in shock or what am I doing wrong? I’m eating right – well within my calories/points and I’m exercising. Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Spinning on sunday …..Spinning on Monday ……Pilates and some cardio on Tuesday …..and I gained THREE POUNDS since Saturday?!?!??! and no,

it’s not that time…….. How much of a let down is THAT? I feel like I’ve been deflated! So sad I just turned 40 in October — think my body knows that?! haaha ANY ADVICE????
