From Diet Blog Share: Hello everyone, I am a twenty seven year old wife and mom, with a weight problem. I have always felt fat since I was a teenager, and because of my body frame being naturally large I had to shop in the plus size section. I was a slender size 14, and five foot eight. Looking back, I realize that that is a healthy size for me. Now however, I am standing at five feet nine, and because I don’t own a scale I estimate my weight at around 300 lbs. I want to change, because it’s very important that I set a good example for my 3 year old daughter. I have a large frame (broad shoulders, etc.), and my husband

is six foot four, and built with a large frame. My concern is that she will be very tall and probably a solidly built girl, which is fine as long as she has developed healthy eating habits. I want to set the example for her. I do pretty well, trying to diet by eating smaller portions of more healthy foods. Meal times are okay. For me the problem is in the afternoon, around 3 to 5 p.m., I just want to eat everything in sight! If anyone has any tips, I would appreciate them! I will keep blogging my progress, I think it will help me to stick with it.
