From Diet Blog Share: I know how to figure out the calorie count for things that come out of boxes, but I’d rather make my own food. So, how do I know how many calories are in a casserole, or whatever? Do I have to sit down and figure out every ingredient? Do I have to do complex math to figure it

out? It’s enough to make me just go out and buy the box instead of making the lasagna! And don’t tell me to use other people’s recipes – that’s just more work looking up recipes for things I already know how to make. Help!
