Hi all! I’m a new member here and I think I need your thoughts about something. The last 5 months I’ve been on a strict diet. I’ve managed to reach 67 kg (1.84 m, 20 yo, m) and to be honest I’m really tired. So, I’m seriously thinking of quitting the diet and starting to eat normally.
