From Diet Blog Share: I need to lose weight. In 4 years, I’ve gone up 2-3 dress sizes, and gained around 56lbs. I’m 22 years old, I weight 168ish lbs, and I’m around 5′6″. I’d love to put up all my measurements, but I don’t have a measure. I think I will do this though. I want to put down everything I eat too, then I can see how I’ve done. I want to have a regular diary of what I do – if I post 20 times a day, it’ll make me think, rather than that no-one knows I really ate all that chocolate! So, this is

my plan: Eat healthily Be AWARE of what I eat i.e. note down what I eat I don’t do exercise, but I’m going to get more physical – walk sometimes (do I need to be in the car to go everywhere?) Oh and although I don’t get the whole “ana” looking at skeletons, I do get the whole looking at thinspiration. So, seeing an image you go like “yeah, that’s my goal, my aim. That’s what I wanna be.” So, that’s my plan. What y’all think? Somebody hit me with some (tasteful) thinspiration PLEASE!
