My stats: Sex: Female Age:36 Current Weight: 142lbs Ideal Weight: 120lbs Height: 5′6” Race: Black Body type: Athletic Fat: 25% Desired body: Zoe Saladana, Kelly Ripa I am stressed/sad to no end. I so desperately want to lose weight and be really thin. As a black women every time I try to share my desired look, I get strange looks. But to me having the collarbone out, and the last few ribs visible is so beautiful to me. So for the last few months, I have tried everything humanly possible. Tried throwing up after every meal, but my husband started noticing and questioned me about it. Tried not eating, but it just slows my metabolism down so nothing comes off at all. I hit the gym 6 days a week and running 5-6 miles a day (about 1 hour). Now I just started

taking a diet pill. Nothing works for me. I have been the same weight for the last 10 yrs of my life. I just want some honest direction as to how to lose these 20lbs for good!! The trainer at the gym told me I am only at 25% body fat, but that still seems like alot to me. I just want some serious direction as to how I can get rid of my thighs, waist and hip area. Just to prevent negative replies, I do see some beauty in my body. I have really thin arms which have some muscular cuts. Please, please help me. I want to be thin and it just seems like my body has refused to listen. Any suggested exercises, weight loss tips, or supplements to curb my eating!!!
