Hello, I’m 17, weigh around 223lbs and am 6″3-ish in height. Lately since my growth spurt has ended, I’m starting to gain weight so I’m trying to put a quick stop to it. I have a few questions, so if you can answer 1 or any, that would be great. Let’s see. First off, I’m joining a gym today and am going to start jogging for who ever knows how long every day. I was wondering the effects of jogging every day and if I would see very much results in jogging 5/7 days a week (hour minimum). I don’t really intend on doing anything else but jogging, and some people have told me that jogging on treadmills isn’t as effective as jogging outside? Also, I plan on drinking mostly water, as I now take bottled water to school rather then juices and what not. And finally, I’m going to start eating more fruit and giving up on eating so many chips on the weekend. Personally, I dislike chocolate and sweets of the like, I only really ever liked chips and rarely crave them of recent. I can’t go buy, “healthy food” at will, as my parents aren’t exactly wealthy and I usually eat what my mother cooks. So, I’m

wondering if eating an average supper that could range from lasagna to fried chicken will inhibit my ability to lose weight? Will the things listed above help me lose very much weight? I have my graduation in 3 months, and I would personally like to be in better shape for it. Any idea if decent results can be made in 3 months? Also, I don’t eat breakfast, and actually find it annoying to do so. I get up 7am, eat a ‘dinner’ at 12am, then get home at 4-5pm for a big supper, then usually just nibble if I get hungry throughout the day. Does not eating breakfast effect me that much? And, is there anything really wrong with what I would call a normal eating schedule for myself? Continuing on, would lifting weights/chin ups help with my weight loss, and show a strong impact? Lastly, What is the average weight for someone who is around 6″3 in height? I do have a big build as it is. But an average would be nice. Thanks, and regards ahead of time. I know I asked a lot, but questions I have many, answers I have few.
