Hello, I’m 17, weigh around 223lbs and am 6″3-ish in height. Lately since my growth spurt has ended, I’m starting to gain weight so I’m trying to put a quick stop to it. I have a few questions, so if you can answer 1 or any, that would be great. Let’s see. First off, I’m joining a gym today and am going to start jogging for who ever knows how long every day. I was wondering the effects of jogging every day and if I would see very much results in jogging 5/7 days a week (hour minimum). I don’t really intend on doing anything else but jogging, and some people have told me that jogging on treadmills isn’t as effective as jogging outside? Also, I plan on drinking mostly water, as I now take bottled water to school rather then juices and what not. And finally, I’m going to start eating more fruit and giving up on eating so many chips on the weekend. Personally, I dislike chocolate and sweets of the like, I only really ever liked chips and rarely crave them of recent.
