Lets face it, FAD DIETS DONT WORK . Yes, you might see pounds melting from your booty in the first couple of weeks, but in reality you are doing more harm to your body then any good. “Why is this so?”, you make ask. Well, fad diets like Atkins, Zone Diet, and South Beach Diet deprive your body of one or more macronutrients such as carbohydrates or fats. Nevertheless, our bodies were not designed to survive on grass or smoothies alone. WE NEED ALL MACRONUTRIENTS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY Yes, you heard me right, ALL! That means fat, carbs, protein, sugars, etc. Yummy ha? Well the problem in America is that many of us like to stick particularly to some macronutrients more than the others. Carbs and Sugars are Specials on American Diet Menu. Thus the BEST DIET is the most simple one: Eat a bit of everything! In order to lose weight, your calorie intake must be less than calories that you burn during the day. Think of it as going Bankrupt. In order to go from BIG money to NO money, you need to spend more than what you make. A great way to achieve this is to eat a lot of foods that are low in calories. In business world this is equivalent

to spending big bills in order to go broke. Of course nobody wants to go broke , but a lot of us DO WANT to “go broke” of our belly fat. The formula is SIMPLE ..DIET AND EXCERCISE. Since its new years resolution, and a lot of us are trying to lose those holiday lbs, or even post holiday lbs and looking for a simple diet..well you came to the right forum. I am a walking proof that this diet works! All you do is take a 9 inch plate and fill 1/2 with veggies, 1/4 with protein, and 1/4 with complex carbs ( like lentils, buckwheat. Avoid pasta, break, and white rice ) The nine inch plate insures perfect portion control. One thing that I found out useful, is eating with baby fork. Some of you might find this silly, but it really works. Using smaller utensils allows you to eat in small bites, making it look like your eating a lot. You are tricking your brain here. ( Try eating soups with tea spoon instead of table spoon ) Cutting your food up into smaller pieces also works pretty well, especially your protein. Hope these tips help you guys. COMMENT AWAY!!
