From Diet Blog Share: I’ve heard that it’s much easier to start a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine if you have people to support you – this is my way of doing that. I started Monday (yes, very new), and I did an excercise video called “Zumba,” which was amazingly fun and quite difficult, since I have let myself go. I also went swimming for about an hour. The only thing that’s difficult now is my eating habits. I like the feeling of working out, but it’s the eating that has been a consistent problem all my life, and I am determined to break it. I see how much weight I’ve gained
