Okay, here is how i lost 10kg. I ate less… as simple as that… I wouldn’t call myself a die-hard dieter. I still don’t eat healthy. I just eat whatever I feel like but i cut portions. I guess I do have to get serious with this whole eating healthy and exercising stuff. And I feel lazy. I would have a burst of energy now and then, and would lift weights and do cardio, like riding the stationary bike for say half an hour, once in a blue moon?. People have been commenting that I look thinner and they come up to me for advice… Ha! But really… It’s not that hard! Just have two or three meals a day and consciously watch what goes in and try to stop yourself from going crazy, eating… Usually, I allow myself
