I am starting to get serious today about losing weight. I have been trying for 2 years, but I make too many excuses. I exercise but eat horribly. I eat 3 meals on my own and then eat again when I cook for my kids. Usually I drink like 2 sodas a day on TOP of my coffee. See, I am fairly slim, however my mother and her father have my same body type. We eat whatever we want and stay skinny …until..when we hit 30 (like I just did) we start to get big around
