I am starting to get serious today about losing weight. I have been trying for 2 years, but I make too many excuses. I exercise but eat horribly. I eat 3 meals on my own and then eat again when I cook for my kids. Usually I drink like 2 sodas a day on TOP of my coffee. See, I am fairly slim, however my mother and her father have my same body type. We eat whatever we want and stay skinny …until..when we hit 30 (like I just did) we start to get big around

the middle (like I did). From there comes the heart disease/ arthritis. So I know exactly what’s gonna happen to me–I just have to take out a photo album. Day 1: So, today I got up and exercised but did NOT go and gorge on breakfast/coffee. I ate a few raspberries and some cheerios and felt semi-full. I then ate a fish sandwich when I got home at 3. Let’s see if I can last the whole day-its only 445! talk to ya soon
