Hi everyone, I’m new to diet-blog and I hope maybe you can help me. Okay, so I’ve lost about 22 lbs, which is great, but I have a lot more to go. The problem I’m having is, I don’t want to say it’s a plateau, but the last few weeks I’ll lose over a pound one day and then the rest of the week I gain weight and can’t seem to lose.
