Well i told myself i wouldnt use the scales anymore and i broke that, i used a friends and it said my weight was 76 kilos, and i had binged then, but i was so demoralised. Its like i lost faith and since then went off on

eating badly the past 3 days , i really struggle with boredom binges …. im aiming to lose another 3 kilos by the end of the month Any help would be really appreciated
