Not sure what else to call it. I need at least one 3-pack of cupcakes, chocolate chip cheesecake muffin, glazed bear claw, or cinnamon bun every single day. AND I mean NEED! When I walk out of 7-11 with the perfect sweet I must unwrap it and take the first bite as soon as i am in the driver seat of my car. And the first few bites are glorious and satisfying and I can start to breathe more regularly and see more clearly to start my day. No one would

call me fat (I’m 5’8″ and180 lbs but solid.) but I have 5 or 10 pounds I could lose to feel better and have more energy and move better on the tennis court. But most troubling is just the addiction itself…and the long-term health effects of having so much processed and fructose-based foods in my body. I’ve been to a hypnotist about it once, and it worked… for about a year. Any advice would be helpful.
