1hr of cardio in the morning, eat just enough to kill the hunger. Drink water through out the day. 1hr of cardio before bed. I maintain a working heart rate of 145 to 175 for the last 25 minutes of each cardio session. Stay away from big meals, learn to snack thru out the day. Remember eat just enough to kill the hunger.
