Hi, I’m 17 years old, around 5ft 5 and weight roughly 142 lbs. I have been trying for ages to lose weight but I end up just putting it back on again. My specific problem areas are my thighs, upper arms and of course the stomach. It doesn’t make it any easier that all my friends are so tiny, it makes me feel so fat. I don’t want to be skinny, just not as podgy and I want more than anything to be comfortable in my own skin. I figured by joining this diet blog I’d have more motivation to stick to it.
