I am a 25-year old female. I am called ‘a little woman’ because I am only 5″2′. I haven’t paid attention to my body since I got over 120lbs, when I was at college. My ideal is 104-105lb. I got to that weight by eating nothing and taking pills before. But that lovely number did not last long. I gained back later when I started to eat. So I gave up that unhealthy way, and tried to do sports rather than diet. I know, I hate sports, I like the sweet food, however, I love beautiful clothes. Hence I have been controlling my food and doing some sports at least 3-4 years. 2 weeks ago, I took the body test, and I was shocked by my weight – 121.65lb. The worst thing is my body fat excess, 28. I was so frustrated with the data, because I would never have thought I had got to 121lbs. So the next day after weighting
