Im male, 18 and 220 lbs. 2 months ago I was 235 but started cutting down on foods I didnt need like soda and sweets etc. I can only imagine how much i would have lost if I exercised as well as dieted. I have some Fish Oil tablets: 1. Do they raise your metabolism? 2. What can you do to raise your metabolism? 3. Anyone try the Shangri-La diet? 4. Whats

better, 40 minutes on eliptical machine or 30 minutes cardio? 5. I can’t find a good cardio video to exercise with, any ideas? 6. Is drinking lots of water good for you? 7. I hear running isnt good for losing weight, is that so or is it the way you run that decides how much weight you lose?
