I don’t get why I’m not losing any weight! I’m 13 and I weigh about 138 or so lbs! I’m barely 5′ feet! In the past year, I’ve done sideline cheer ( 2 practices a week x 2 hours), competitive cheer ( 3 practices a week x 2 hours), track ( 5 practices a week x 1 hr) and this new sideline season started in June ( 2 practices a week x 2 hours). I’m really muscular! Like ripped legs, rock hard abs you can feel but only sort of see, and biceps that are awesome! I’m short and strong. I
