Im 14 and I’m not overweight. I eat healthy everyday. I eat home cooked meals that my grandmother makes at dinner usually. And she worries about me because I sometimes don’t eat them. I know I’m too young to really worry now. I’m always on calories and stressing, even though I do not count them.
