So not exactly diet related, but I’ve been changing my diet for the better for the last two years so I’m fairly comfortable with that. However, recently I hurt my knee at Taekwondo. Since then, I have not been able to go to my Taekwondo or dancing class, and I haven’t yet gone to the gym (though I’m planning to get back to that very soon even if only to weight train my upper body). Anyway, even push-ups are difficult to do
