Hello! I’m a 21 year old female, about 5’9″ looking to go from 186(ish) down to about 145(ish). Plan? I’m still in my early stages of planning. I want to get the GoWear Fit (numbers really motivate me) and start keeping track of what I eat (considering vegetarian/raw diet). Several times I have began running, but never kept it up long term.
