Hi guys, Two years ago I lost 28lbs through weight watchers. My goal weight was 135lbs (I’m 5’6″). In fact, I went down to just under 130 and hung out there for a while. At the time, I felt too skinny, and allowed myself to put on a few pounds. I’m most comfortable at 132. However, since Christmas I have been maintaining at 137 – 140. I have a generally healthy diet, but I just LOVE creamy cheese, red wine, pate; really fattening treats. If I get to 135 I “reward” myself by indulging in this stuff. I KNOW that if I put my mind to it I could get rid of these 5ish pounds in a week or two. And every Monday I start pointing; by Friday I’m promising

to start again on Monday. The other problem is I’ve been exercising a lot less. I’m a runner, and did a little race (10k) in June and then took a few weeks off. Now, when I think about it, I’ve really only been running once a week or two. I also do aerial acrobatics and it shocks me how hard it is to lift an tiny little 5lbs extra of my own body weight on the trapeze. I’m back running this week, training for a half marathon in September, but how do I help shift my mind set into a weight LOSER again instead of an ever so slightly frumpy and unhappy maintainer. Help!
