Make your own 100-calorie snacks

100-calorie snacks are big trade these days. For someone trying to lose weight, 100 calories is ideal — it should be able to satisfy your starvation for a bit without putting you by your calorie quotient. But why waste your money on those pre-packed snacks that are making money off of giving you less food? build your own 100-cal snacks. Here are some suggestions from eDiets:

  • Celery with peanut butter
  • Watermelon
  • Corn on the cob
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • A diet root-beer drift with vanilla fro-yo

What snack satisfy your starvation? For me, it’s
