March is National Nutrition Month

Each March, the American Dietetic organization (ADA) sponsors National Nutrition Month. It’s a perfect instance to review your eating habits and focus on good nutrition. whether you have kids, plan some activities that will get them interested in healthy eating. For example, color different index cards with the colors of the rainbow — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Bring your kids to the grocery store and challenge them to find a fruit or vegetable of each color. Even whether you don’t have kids, take some moment that month to memorize more about nutrition and improve your eating habits.
