Moderate exercise or intense workout better?

I’ve been torn before on trying to determine whether short and intense bursts of exercise are better or the same at conditioning the human body compared to moderate doses of exercise. With moment in short supply for many of us, shorter sessions that give the same benefits are very appealing. But are they as good?

A new U.S.-based study has concluded that moderate exercise is actually better at providing better protection against diabetes and heart disease than a increasingly rigorous workout plan. But in the grand scheme of things, which is still better?

I’m not certain there is a direct reply to that question. But, whether you have a history of heart disease and/or diabetes

in your family, that study’s results would seem to propose that possibly a moderate workout is better for you. What does your doctor think? Give that question up and see what bounces back.
