Picky eater? perhaps it’s in their genes
If you have a picky eater in your family, how do you get them to try new foods? That is an uphill battle, and whether you can’t win it, rest in the knowledge that perhaps that eater’s genes are really to blame instead of your prized vegetables.
The introduction of new foods to kids of all ages is a very tricky proposition, and very few parents I know have mastered it successfully. But, in a recent study, it was found that 80 percent of a child’s tendency to avoid new foods was actually an inherited trait. Odd, right?
