There is still much talk about the usefulness of these fast weight loss schemes according to available studies. It is believed that there can never be any enduring rapid weight loss program, as it has been repeatedly seen that the weight comes back with a vengeance, as soon as it is ended. According to studies data, people prescribed these reduced calorie/carbohydrate diets soon get bored and quickly return to their old dietary habits. Current nutritional studies are also establishing that there is each probability that in the majority of case, it is in fact water that is being lost from the system and not body fat. When the body is deprived of water, it can result in fundamental harm to the body, but then, it can be replenished fast also, hence there was never any weight reduction to begin with.
