Ok so I'm considering the Dukan diet. I've read up quite a bit on it, and think this would be great for me. I'm 18, I weigh 10 stone 2 and have a very small build.. Only a few years ago I was just 7 stone! My target weight would be around 8 and a half stone. I need to lose weight for my holiday pretty fast, which is in June. I'm not very athletic, but would be committed to the exercise on this diet. I feel really fat and unhappy with my figure at the moment. Does anyone have advice about this diet? Any recipes or comments as to how it worked for them? Anything would be really helpful. Thanks a lot :) All comments apprieciated. Xox
