I’m 14 years old, 5’9, and I weigh 245 pounds, I’ve been warned by doctor, that I need to lose weight, and I really want to try to, but every time I try to my parents don’t support me, and they if I try to deny to eat junk food, they claim I’m anorexic, and I’m not. My dad supports me, and wants me to feel good in my skin, but my mother is mad, because she eats like a pig and gains weight, while my sisters lose like 3 pounds a day. I want to lose at least 100 pounds by the end of my eight grade year, and I

want to feel good in my skin. I’m a cheeleader, and I’m flexible, and I love sports, it’s the eating that is the problem. My parents don’t buy anythng but junk to eat, and I try to eat healthy, and lose weight. As you can probably tell, that i’m not the most popular girl in the school. I surprise a lot of the other cheerleaders because I’m very flexible, and I’m really strong, but when it comes to the weight, I’m a whale!!! I need exercise, and dieting tips that will keep me on my feet, and out of the fridge!
