You can find grain products in bread, barley, buckwheat, corn, rye, oats and whole wheat. White bread is inferior to whole grain products so you can leave it off from your diet. Many food contain sugar to sweeten eat. If ever you crave for sweets, choose the ones which have natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, honey and molasses. They still tastes nice and the best thing is they will not hurt your health. Spices can be combined with food to make it delectable. Spices can give many health promoting benefits for the body. Some of these are peppermint, sage, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, dill, basil and cilantro. For your hydration, water is the best. Stay away from soda as they contain sugar and mostly have caffeine. Green tea is a good substitute for soda as it contain lots of antioxidants and make you more focused while being in a calm state.
