This year, believe in yourself

Earlier nowadays, I talked about new years resolutions. So many public manufacture them, and I’m sorry to say, so many humans don’t keep them up past mid-January. How about making a different type of resolution that year? Resolve to keep your resolution. Resolve to follow through with the promises you made to yourself after a few glasses of champagne on New Years Eve. Resolve to win.

The there are a few secrets to success: One is planning and another is believing in yourself. So that year, build specific goals, even whether it’s as small as being able to run a mile without stopping. soon after, plan for success by signing up for a gym membership, deciding to

go two times and week and buying yourself a pair of running shoes. Finally, be certain you’re going to get there.

So what are your goals that year? Please share.
