I have my sister’s wedding in a few weeks and I took a vow that I would be able to fit into my matron of honor dress without it bursting as I walked down the aisle. For 4 weeks, I substituted lunch with a salad, cut down the portions of dinner, and started doing push ups and sit ups in the morning

before work. Slight changes–but it has helped. I lost 3-4 pounds and my waist is trimmer. Now how do I deal with the fat/chocolate/cookie type craving at around 3pm at work? Of course I have tried to eat some cottage cheese or yogurt–doesn’t quell the craving though. Any advice??? Thanks!
