ANYONE WITH SUCCESS STORIES OR WANTING TO START WITH ME, PLEASE SHARE!!!! I just finished my last pint of Haagen-Daz, and while it was good (with chocolate cake, of course), I will not miss this terrible sugar high I’m feeling. I’ll be coming down from it in an hour or so, and will feel depressed and ashamed once again for giving in to this devil-sugar. So…. I’ve decided not to wait until Monday. I’m going to start the dreaded, not-recommended-by-health-professionals, low-carb, Grapefruit/Bacon/Egg Diet Diet. I’ve been drinking low-carb Atkins and Slimfast shakes for years, and while I have lost 4-5 lbs. here and there, they always seem to give me sugar cravings. I’m SO tired of weighing over 190 lbs.
