Hi i am 15 years old and i weigh 163 pounds and 5′ ft 2”. My best friend tells me I’m ok the way i am and that am not “FAT”. i can do most sports activities at school but i know i need to lose more weight because i once took a test on the internet and i found out that i had a medium frame size, but it seems my whole body is covered by layers of flabby fat.
