Why do you want to loose weight?

What is your WHY? Why are you loosing weight? This is your personal mission statement. This your Why it’s going to work. You have to get your self committed to this mission. You’ve got to know Why you are exercising everyday. Why you are counting calories. Why you are making sacrifices. Why you are using the weight loss program you have chosen?
Without a why goals can be unachievable. You have to have your WHY before any real and lasting change can be attained. Write your Why or list of Whys down. Post them where

you will be reminded of them regularly. Know your why and you will be successful.
